Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee of 50% of the session price. Rescheduling: Need to reschedule? Let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll find a new time that works — no fee for rescheduling with proper notice. Payment & Refunds: Payment is collected at the time of booking. Full refunds are available if a cancellation is made within the 24-hour policy window; cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, are subject to the 50% cancellation fee noted above.
